The Hakes brothers, Kimball, Chris, and Josh, began working in residential construction at an early age, where they learned the values of hard work, integrity, and excellence in performance. In 2006, realizing they have developed complementary skills, they came together with a vision to elevate new home costruction, and Hakes Brothers offically began.
The company intially built luxury custom homes. Later, they turned their attention to semi-custom homes which allowed them to offer the same luxurious look and feel of their custom homes, but at affordable prices. It was a success! They found that homeowners love their professional designs and custom amentities, all at affordable prices.
At Hakes Brothers we have an unwavering commitment to professionalism. We know that our reputation is a major part of your decision to trust us as your builder. This is why we strive to earn your highest recommendation.
For more than 10 years, our company has contributed time and resources to improve the communities where we live and work. Investing in our community is just one of many ways we demonstrate our commitment to being a good corporate citizen. Year after year, we make it a priority to contribute to a wide range of charitable programs and events, such as the Las Cruces Home Builder’s Association 55th Anniversary House, the local El Caldito Soup Kitchen and March of Dimes.
In 2014, Hakes Brothers started the “Anniversary House” at the Las Cruces Home Builders Association, an annual project that has resulted in over $150,000 in donations to local charities in its first two years. The Anniversary House is a new home built with the donations of local contractors and suppliers, and the money raised at the sale is then donated to local charities, including the Casa de Peregrinos food bank, the Gospel Rescue Mission, and the Boys and Girls Club, among others.
