They come straight from homeowner surveys, real feedback on how satisfied people are with their home and the experience of buying it, including whether they’d recommend the builder to a friend. The Service Award goes to homebuilding professionals who land in the top 5% nationally for customer satisfaction, and the Benchmark Award recognizes consistently strong performance across the entire homebuying journey. Either one is hard to earn. Earning recognition in two different markets says a lot about how our teams show up for our homebuyers every day.

Hakes Brothers Earns a Benchmark Award in San Antonio

Hakes Brothers communities in San Antonio span Northwest San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos and just outside Southeast San Antonio. Every survey response that contributed to these results came from someone who purchased a home and experienced the process firsthand. Together, those responses provide an independent measure of how well a builder communicates, responds and supports its homeowners. That kind of recognition can’t be faked.
