Hakes Brothers Named 2026 AvidCX Award Winner in San Antonio & Albuquerque

Hakes Brothers is proud to be recognized as a 2026 AvidCX Award winner, with our San Antonio and Albuquerque divisions each earning a Benchmark Award for exceptional homeowner satisfaction. Adding to the celebration, two Hakes Brothers ProjectSupers earned individual AvidCX Awards: Jacob Horton in San Antonio and Jeremy Mallak in Albuquerque. Together, these company and individual honors reflect something we take seriously at every stage of the homebuying journey: building homes people genuinely love, backed by a team that sticks around long after closing day.

What Is the AvidCX Award?

The AvidCX Awards isn’t something builders vote on or nominate themselves for. They come straight from homeowner surveys, real feedback on how satisfied people are with their home and the experience of buying it, including whether they’d recommend the builder to a friend. The Service Award goes to homebuilding professionals who land in the top 5% nationally for customer satisfaction, and the Benchmark Award recognizes consistently strong performance across the entire homebuying journey. Either one is hard to earn. Earning recognition in two different markets says a lot about how our teams show up for our homebuyers every day.

Hakes Brothers Earns a Benchmark Award in San Antonio

Hakes Brothers communities in San Antonio span Northwest San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos and just outside Southeast San Antonio. The division’s 2026 Benchmark Award reflects the work of the sales consultants, construction managers and warranty teams who guide buyers through each stage of the process. From the first walkthrough to the final punch list, these teams work to make sure every detail meets the standards Hakes Brothers homeowners expect. That commitment is also reflected in Jacob Horton, ProjectSuper for Hakes Brothers San Antonio, who earned an individual 2026 AvidCX Award.

Hakes Brothers Earns a Benchmark Award in Albuquerque

The Hakes Brothers Albuquerque division also earned a 2026 Benchmark Award, recognizing its strong customer satisfaction results and continued commitment to responsive, personal service. The award reflects the efforts of the Albuquerque sales, construction and warranty teams, who work together to create a homebuying experience that feels personal rather than transactional. Jeremy Mallak, ProjectSuper for Hakes Brothers Albuquerque, also earned an individual 2026 AvidCX Award. Receiving recognition in both Albuquerque and San Antonio shows that Hakes Brothers’ commitment to homeowner satisfaction is not limited to one market or one team. It is part of how we operate everywhere we build.

Built on Real Homeowner Feedback

What makes being a 2026 AvidCX Award winner especially meaningful is the source of the recognition: actual homeowners, not internal reviews or marketing claims. Every survey response that contributed to these results came from someone who purchased a home and experienced the process firsthand. Together, those responses provide an independent measure of how well a builder communicates, responds and supports its homeowners. That kind of recognition can’t be faked. It has to be earned one walkthrough, one closing, and one warranty call at a time.
